International Student Selection for the Health Professions Conference (SSHPC)

On April 9th, Lauren presented at the 2015 International Student Selection in the Health Professions Conference (SSHPC). The inaugural SSHPC features keynote presentations by local and world leaders involved in student selection and health professions workforce planning, along with presentations by local and international researchers and practitioners. Lauren presented an early interactive prototype that has been designed in collaboration with colleagues from the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) and the University of Sydney. The prototype is intended for use as a complementary tool for medical selection processes and can be considered a tool in between Multi-Mini Interviews (MMI's) and Situational Judgement Tests (SJT's). The prototype is still under development.
